A local tradition is the Annual Fireman’s Carnival on the waterfront. Clam, oyster and soft crab sandwiches make us famous. Hand cut fresh french fries and cotton candy will delight your senses. Bring the family for a vintage small town carnival.

7:00 - 10:30 pm

Each year the fire volunteers, supported by town residents, plus community groups and clubs, organize and operate one of only two of the remaining annual Firemen’s Carnivals on the Eastern Shore.  The carnival includes talent shows, rides for children and adults, live music, bingo, and games of chance with prizes.  The carnival is well known for its clam and oyster sandwiches, hand cut French fries, hamburgers, hot dogs, and hand dipped ice cream.
